How are your DNS servers responding? I use DNSBench by Steve Gibson to run DNS benchmarks. One thought based on comments from the others here. When using an IP phone with network pass-through, there are no reports of the phones having an issue. We've tried multiple ports on the switch, swapping to switchports used by PCs with no issues, placing and removing IP phones with network pass-through, and eliminated the switch altogether by connecting the PC directly to the SD-WAN router's spare port. Have you tried a different switch port or another switch to test connectivity to? You've eliminated the cabling with the recertification of the wiring. If its reconnecting automatically, Id eliminate the client as the issue. DHCP lease is still valid on the DC and we've verified the scope options are correct. When the disconnect happens, it reconnects within 20 seconds so there's not enough time for me to walk them through getting the ipconfig /all info. I've never managed to catch the disconnect while I'm on site. dhcp lease, and all other relevant settings, subnet mask, gateway ? When the issue occurs does the PC still have a valid ip address? e.g. : Intel(R) 82577LM Gigabit Network Connecti : Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6200 AGN I went ahead and just put the DNS's you suggested for the print out Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 9ms, Average = 2msĭefault gateway appears to be correct. IT has provided me with a port with the following information I'm just trying to figure out what I have set wrong. Hopefully I this is not an overwhelming amount of information. I decided to redo my config from sctrach and have all my information compiled in hopes of getting more help with a simpler post. I previously had a thread where I had lots of help, but unfortunately the end results were still not successful. Afterwards, I'll set up An圜onnect but thats another story. I've been trying to get an ASA 5505 configured correctly to let a laptop on one of the ports successfully browse the web.
